Spiritualitas diketahui dapat berdampak positif pada kesehatan mental dan psikologis seseorang. Individu yang mengarahkan dirinya kepada Tuhan akan semakin terjauh dari keegoisan yang ada di dalam diri pribadinya sendiri, pengalaman ini berkaitan dengan hal-hal transenden dan penuh makna dalam kehidupan, seperti merasa lebih dekat dengan Tuhan, memiliki rasa kerinduan, mendapatkan dukungan dan kasih sayang, memiliki kekaguman, kemurahan hati, dan bersyukur atas semua rahmat yang diterima dari Tuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi Daily Spiritual Experience Penderita Kanker Payudara di Kota Medan menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 62 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pengalaman spiritual yang dijalani oleh penderita kanker payudara menunjukkan hasil hampir seluruhnya (93,5%) Positif. Bersyukur menjadi alternative pengalaman spiritual penderita kanker payudara untuk lebih ditonjolkan supaya mencapai semangat hidup yang tinggi.
