The worsening global climate conditions have adverse effects on the sustainability of living organisms worldwide. In Indonesia, climate justice actions need to be undertaken by various parties, including urging the government to address the climate crisis through policy-making. This has prompted researchers to examine how Greenpeace Indonesia mobilizes resources in the Global Climate Strike of 2023. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method using observation, interviews, and documentation. In the data analysis technique, the authors utilize the concepts of Resource Mobilization and Professional Social Movement Organization. The results indicate that 1) Greenpeace Indonesia mobilizes moral resources by involving local musicians to disseminate messages. 2) In the mobilization of cultural resources, Greenpeace Indonesia consolidates before the action. 3) In the mobilization of organizational resources, Greenpeace Indonesia is part of the Climate Pause Coalition in managing the action. 4) In mobilizing human resources, Greenpeace Indonesia implements a journey for volunteers and upholds non-violence values in action. 5) Greenpeace Indonesia allocates funds from fundraising for operational expenses. Access to obtaining and utilizing resources can be observed in these five resource categories through aggregation mechanisms in collecting resources, self-production in adding value to resources, and protection in ensuring resource sustainability.
