Abstract

The advancement of information technology has accelerated digital transformation in the retail sector to improve operational efficiency and management quality. Amerta Toys Retail Store previously used a Point of Sale (POS) system; however, its features were limited and did not fully support integrated operational management, including non-cash transaction verification, cash reconciliation monitoring, location- and schedule-based attendance, task delegation, and stock opname. This study aims to design and develop an integrated web-based information system to support internal store operations by combining POS and operational management functions into a single platform. Implementation and evaluation results show that all core features function according to operational needs. User evaluation indicates a very good level of usability in terms of ease of use, work efficiency, system reliability, and user satisfaction. These results demonstrate that the system effectively supports integrated retail operational management.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong transformasi digital pada sektor ritel untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pengelolaan operasional. Toko Ritel Amerta Toys telah menggunakan sistem Point of Sale (POS), tetapi fitur yang tersedia masih terbatas dan belum mampu mengintegrasikan kebutuhan manajemen operasional secara menyeluruh, seperti verifikasi transaksi non tunai, pemantauan rekap kas, absensi berbasis lokasi dan jam kerja, pendelegasian tugas, dan stock opname. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun sistem informasi berbasis website yang terintegrasi untuk mendukung operasional internal toko. Sistem dikembangkan dengan menggabungkan fungsi POS dan manajemen operasional dalam satu platform. Hasil implementasi dan evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur utama sistem berjalan sesuai kebutuhan operasional toko. Evaluasi yang dilakukan kepada pengguna internal menunjukkan tingkat kemudahan penggunaan, efisiensi kerja, keandalan sistem, dan kepuasan pengguna berada pada kategori sangat baik. Hasil tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa sistem dapat digunakan secara efektif untuk mendukung pengelolaan operasional toko secara terintegrasi.
