Pengembangan Sistem Booking Tour & Travel Berbasis Web Dengan Perhitungan Harga Berdasarkan Jarak Dan Notifikasi Real-Time

The tour and travel industry in Pangandaran still faces challenges in manual booking management, delayed confirmations, and price transparency, which impact operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. These challenges require a digital system capable of integrating all service processes automatically and in real time.The development of a web-based booking system for Yon’s Trans Tour & Travel aims to improve efficiency and service quality through automated price calculation based on travel distance and real-time notifications. The system is built using the waterfall development method, implemented with Next.js on the frontend and NestJS on the backend, and integrated with the Midtrans payment gateway. The research includes analysis, system design, implementation, and black-box testing. The test results show that all features function according to user requirements, and over 80% of respondents agree that the system enhances user convenience and transparency.
Industri tour & travel di Pangandaran masih menghadapi kendala dalam pengelolaan pemesanan yang dilakukan secara manual, keterlambatan konfirmasi, dan ketidaktransparanan harga yang berdampak pada efisiensi operasional dan kepuasan pelanggan. Permasalahan ini menuntut adanya sistem digital yang mampu mengintegrasikan seluruh proses layanan secara otomatis dan real-time. Pengembangan sistem booking berbasis web untuk Yon’s Trans Tour & Travel bertujuan meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas layanan melalui perhitungan harga otomatis berdasarkan jarak perjalanan serta notifikasi real-time. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan metode Waterfall, dengan implementasi Next.js pada sisi frontend dan NestJS pada sisi backend, serta integrasi pembayaran melalui Midtrans. Tahapan penelitian meliputi analisis, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian black-box. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan seluruh fitur berjalan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna, dan lebih dari 90% responden menyatakan sistem ini meningkatkan kemudahan dan transparansi pengguna.
