Pembangunan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Hotel Semeru Berbasis Website dan Mobile

Hotel Semeru is one of the hotels where work management or productivity is still manual, such as handwritten recording of room and stock transactions, manual bookkeeping of reports, and also room cleaning system which is still carried out by direct communication. As can be seen from the problems that have been described, it is necessary to create a management information system program using the Laravel Jetstream framework which uses the PHP programming language as a backend application and uses Livewire as a frontend on website applications and uses Flutter to create mobile applications. Thus, this management information system can assist hotel management in increasing productivity and reducing operational costs. The management information system for Hotel Semeru Tegal has been successfully built to make it easier for Hotel Semeru employees to manage hotel transactions, record guest reports, and present room management data efficiently and accurately. The management information system for Hotel Semeru Tegal is also considered easy to use by users so it can be concluded that this management information system gets maximum results.
Hotel Semeru merupakan salah satu hotel yang pengelolaan atau produktivitas pekerjaan masih secara manual seperti pencatatan transaksi kamar dan stok secara tulis tangan, pembukuan laporan yang masih manual, dan juga sistem pembersihan kamar yang masih dilakukan secara komunikasi langsung. Dapat
dilihat permasalahan yang telah dijelaskan, maka diperlukan pembuatan program sistem informasi manajemen dengan penggunaan framework Laravel Jetstream yang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP sebagai aplikasi backend dan penggunaan Livewire sebagai frontend di aplikasi website serta penggunaan Flutter sebagai pembuatan aplikasi mobile. Dengan demikian, sistem informasi manajemen ini dapat membantu manajemen hotel dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan mengurangi biaya operasional. Sistem informasi ini telah berhasil dibangun untuk memudahkan para pegawai Hotel Semeru dalam melakukan pengelolaan transaksi hotel, pencatatan laporan tamu, penyajian data manajemen kamar secara efisien dan akurat. Sistem informasi manajemen Hotel Semeru Tegal juga dinilai mudah digunakan oleh para pengguna sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi manajemen ini mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal.
