Abstract

Abstract: In recent years, technology has continued to develop rapidly, various more sophisticated technological trends have emerged to help facilitate work productivity or human activity, one of which is the ChatGPT trend. Generative Pretrained Transformer or ChatGPT is an artificial intelligence-based machine that uses deep learning technology and is trained to be able to mimic human conversations developed by OpenAI. The large number of ChatGPT users has an impact on the aspect of corporate responsibility, where companies must strive to improve both quality and quantity. This research was conducted to analyze how the user experience or user experience in using ChatGPT. The results of the approach obtained will lead to conclusions whether ChatGPT is able to function effectively and efficiently in helping meet user needs and provide satisfaction when using ChatGPT with its advantages and disadvantages that need to be improved. The type of method used in this study is using a quantitative analysis approach. Data collection was carried out using the method of distributing questionnaires through Google form media.
