Indah Futsal, as a provider of futsal field services, faces challenges in managing administration and field bookings, which are still done manually. This manual system is prone to data loss, difficulties in generating reports, and inefficiencies in customer service. This study aims to design and develop a web-based administration and futsal field booking system to improve management efficiency, data security, and customer convenience. The system is equipped with real-time notification features via email and Telegram, as well as a feedback system to evaluate services. The development method uses the waterfall model, which includes needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The results show that this system can improve administrative efficiency, data security, and user accessibility. Suggestions for future development include creating a mobile application, a review and rating system, and enhancing the user interface (UI/UX) for a more optimal experience. With this system, it is hoped that Indah Futsal's services will become more responsive, interactive, and effectively meet customer needs.
