Analisis Kualitas Website e-Journal UAJY dengan Mixed-Method

Website E-Journal UAJY berfungsi sebagai repositori institusional untuk mengakses tugas akhir mahasiswa Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta. Penelitian pendahuluan mengindikasikan adanya masalah dalam aspek kegunaan dan pengalaman pengguna, seperti tampilan yang kurang menarik, mesin pencarian yang tidak optimal, dan kurangnya panduan penggunaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas website E-Journal UAJY dengan menggunakan metode campuran (mixed-method), yang menggabungkan pendekatan kuantitatif (kuesioner E-Qual) dan kualitatif (wawancara). Responden berjumlah 186 mahasiswa angkatan 2020 dan 2021, dengan 15 partisipan wawancara. Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa kualitas konten (Content Quality) dinilai baik, sementara tiga variabel lainnya—Kualitas dan Keamanan Transaksi (Transaction Quality and Safety), Kegunaan (Usability/Ease of Use), dan Kualitas Interaksi Layanan (Service Interaction Quality), serta penilaian keseluruhan (Overall) masih memerlukan peningkatan signifikan. Temuan kualitatif memperkuat hasil kuantitatif dengan mengungkap keluhan pengguna terkait lambatnya waktu respons, kesulitan navigasi, dan kurangnya panduan penggunaan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perbaikan pada antarmuka pengguna, optimasi mesin pencarian, dan penyediaan panduan untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna secara keseluruhan.
