RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI SURAT KETERANGAN PENDAMPING IJAZAH (SKPI) SESUAI DENGAN BUKU PEDOMAN UNIVERSITAS PALANGKA RAYA

Abstract

The Diploma Supplement (Surat Keterangan Pendamping Ijazah, SKPI) is an official document that provides information on students’ learning outcomes, achievements, and activities during their study in higher education. At Universitas Palangka Raya, the submission and issuance of SKPI are still performed manually, which leads to longer processing time and increases the risk of data errors. This study aims to design and develop a web-based SKPI application in accordance with the SKPI Guidelines of Universitas Palangka Raya. The system is developed using the Waterfall methodology, which consists of requirements analysis, system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), implementation, testing, and system maintenance. The application is implemented using HTML, JavaScript, PHP with the Laravel framework, and MySQL as the database, and is evaluated using the Black Box Testing method. The results indicate that the proposed application improves the efficiency, accuracy, and structure of the SKPI management process.
