The data used are the number of AILIS library visits, the number of user<br />visits to the UNAIR library, and the number of days late in borrowing books from the UNAIR library collection. The data taken is time series data in 100 days. Data were<br />analyzed using the Error Correction Model (ECM) research model. Salah satu layanan yang harus disediakan yakni layanan literasi informasi. Materi literasi informasi berkembang sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Kajian ini bertujuan mengetahui tanggapan pengguna terhadap layanan literasi informasi yang diselenggarakan Perpustakaan Fakultas Geografi tahun 2023. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Kuesioner diberikan kepada responden peserta literasi informasi, diperoleh sebanyak 22 responden, yang mengisi form tanggapan. Analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitif. Hasil kajian menunjukan bahwa tanggapan pengguna memberikan terhadap penyelenggaraan kelas literasi informasi, narasumber dan materi adalah didominasi tanggapan sangat baik dan baik bahkan untuk tanggapan terhadap materi literasi informasi 86% menyatakan sangat sesuai dan <br>14% menyatakan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Beberapa usulan materi literasi informasi akan dilaksanakan pada tahun 2024. Tujuan dilakukannya kajian ini untuk mengetahui : 1. jumlah artikel yang terbit; 2. jumlah penulis; 3. tingkat kolaborasi; 4. produktivitas<br />penulis. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) jumlah artikel tercatat sebanyak 260 judul, ditulis oleh 477 penulis; 2) Artikel yang terbanyak ditulis oleh kategori penulis tunggal (114 judul; 17,27%), diikuti dua penulis (152 judul; 23,03%), tiga penulis (114 judul; 17,27%), empat penulis (88 judul; 13,33%), lima penulis ( 75 judul; 11,36%), penulis lebih dari lima (117 judul; 17,73%); 3) Nilai derajat kerjasama ditemukan sebesar 0,39 ; 4) Ditemukan sepuluh penulis paling produktif yang menulis artikel lebih dari 1 judul yaitu Dwi Hindarti, Teguh Peristiwady, Kasijan Romimohtarto, Dwi Eny Djoko Setyono, Tetsuo Yanagi, Hisao Ogawa, Mohammad Kasim Moosa, Suharsono, Fahmi, dan Zainal Arifin. Rata-rata penulis per artikel adalah 2,82. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah<br />kolaborasi penulis dalam Journal of Marine Research in Indonesia periode 1956 – 2021 tinggi, karena setiap penulis telah menulis lebih dari 2 artikel. This article used a quantitative research method with two variables. The independent variable was the digital library aspect which consists of four factors:<br>collections, resources, services, and digital library technology. Whereas, the dependent variable was academic achievement. The data was collected from 100 respondents using probability sampling and analyzed using multiple linear regression, determination (R2), F test, and t-test. The research results concluded that only Digital Library services had a significant influence on student academic achievement. On the other hand, the other three factors, namely Digital Library Collections, Digital Library Resources, and Digital Library Technology have no significant influence on student academic achievement. The aim of this research is to analyze the use of social media as a means of communicating public services in the University of North Sumatra (USU) library. The theory used is public service communication, digital media and the use of social media. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews with library staff involved in social media management and content analysis from the library’s official social media platforms as well as users. The research results show that social media has opened up new opportunities in increasing engagement and providing effective communication channels between libraries and library social media users. USU. The use of<br>social media in USU’s public library services has had positive impacts, such as increasing access to information, promotion of collections, and user participation in library activities. However, challenges such as consistent content management and protecting user privacy also need to be addressed.
