Analysis of Visitor Satisfaction at the Religious Tourism Site of Gua Maria Tritis

Abstract

The research titled "Analysis of Visitor Satisfaction at the Religious Tourism Site of Gua Maria Tritis" aims to determine the level of visitor satisfaction at Gua Maria Tritis, a unique Catholic religious tourism site in Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta. The research employs a survey method with a quantitative descriptive approach and involves 100 respondents selected using an incidental sampling technique. Visitor satisfaction is assessed based on four main dimensions: tourist attractions, amenities, accessibility, and supporting services. Data collection is carried out through questionnaires, observations, and documentation, with analysis conducted using descriptive statistical methods and the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM). The findings indicate a high level of visitor satisfaction, particularly in terms of natural attractions, such as the stalactites and stalagmites found in the cave.
