Abstract
Pancasila has been placed as the “philosophical foundation” of Indonesia. That conditions, make Pancasila should be implemented and become the basis in formulating any policies related to the life of nation and state. Instead, the values of Pancasila are in fact not yet realized, especially in the field of natural resource management. This paper will identify many of these aberrations, as well as discuss the conception of the management of the
ideal agrarian resources according to the values contained in Pancasila.

Pancasila telah dijadikan “landasan filosofis” Indonesia. Kondisi tersebut, membuat Pancasila harus diimplementasikan dan menjadi dasar dalam merumuskan kebijakan apapun yang berkaitan dengan kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Meskipun demikian, nilai-nilai Pancasila sebenarnya belum terealisasi, terutama di bidang pengelolaan sumber daya agraria. Makalah ini akan mengidentifikasi banyak penyimpangan tersebut, serta membahas konsep pengelolaan sumber agraria yang ideal sesuai dengan nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam Pancasila.
