Apakah anda tertarik menulis artikel dalam jurnal Arsitektur Komposisi ? Sebaiknya tinjau laman "About Jurnal" untuk melihat kebijakan pengelola jurnal serta Petunjuk penulisan artikel pada Jurnal Arsitektur Komposisi. Penulis perlu mendaftarkan diri sebelum mengirimkan naskahnya.

Jurnal Arsitektur Komposisi menerima ARTIKEL ILMIAH sebagai isi utama. Bagian ini menjadi wadah untuk menghimpun dan mengkomunikasikan berbagai artikel ilmiah terkait arsitektur yang ditulis berdasarkan penelitian, baik berbasis skripsi, tesis maupun disertasi serta penelitian-penelitian ilmiah lainnya. Bagian Artikel ilmiah juga menampung tulisan terkait dengan proses dan hasil desain dalam praktek arsitektur oleh seorang arsitek, tim arsitek atau komunitas. Panjang tulisan 10-15 halaman spasi tunggal.

Jurnal Arsitektur Komposisi juga menerima tulisan tentang TINJAUAN BUKU (Book Review). Bagian ini mewadahi tulisan tentang tinjauan buku baru, yang memberi wawasan kepada sidang pembaca untuk tertarik memahami pemikiran dalam buku baru terbit. Buku baru yang ditinjau adalah buku-buku yang terkait dengan dunia arsitektur, memperkaya serta mengembangkan praktek maupun teori dalam dunia arsitektur. Panjang tulisan maksimum 1 halaman spasi tunggal.

GAGASAN KONSEPTUAL juga diterbitkan dalam Jurnal Arsitektur Komposisi. Bagian ini mewadahi gagasan-gagasan konseptual dari disiplin arsitektur maupun non arsitektur yang memperkaya dan mengembangkan dunia arsitektur secara luas, baik bersifat teoritis maupun praktis. Panjang tulisan 3-5 halaman spasi tunggal.

Tulisan tentang tinjauan penelitian (RESEARCH REVIEW) juga dapat diterbitkan dalam Jurnal Arsitektur Komposisi. Bagian ini menampung tulisan tentang tinjauan penelitian arsitektural yang bermanfaat memperkaya dan mengembangkan penelitian-penelitian dalam arsitektur. Fokusnya, memaparkan arsitek dan dunia penelitian yang dikerjakan oleh para arsitek untuk meningkatkan kualitas karya dan mengembangkan ilmu arsitektur. Panjang tulisan maksimum 1 halaman spasi tunggal.

Tulisan tentang ARSITEK DAN PEMIKIRANNYA juga layak diterbitkan dalam Jurnal Arsitektur Komposisi. Bagian ini digunakan untuk menampung tulisan tentang tokoh arsitek dan pemikirannya, yang ditulis berdasarkan proses ilmiah dan bertujuan memperkaya dokumentasi ilmiah tokoh arsitek dan pemikiran arsitektural. Tokoh arsitektur bersifat unik dalam konteks sejarah arsitektur. Panjang tulisan 3-5 halaman spasi tunggal.

Para penulis naskah diharuskan mengirimkan naskah dalam format Msword, menggunakan template dari laman jurnal ini. Apabila naskah tidak dapat dimasukkan ke dalam laman jurnal karena melebihi kapasitas tampung laman jurnal (maksimum 12 MB), maka naskah dengan format Msword wajib dikirim ke email jurnalkomposisi@mail.uajy.ac.id. Selanjutnya, penulis tetap wajib memasukkan naskah yang sama dengan format PDF ke laman jurnal, sesuai proses normal. Semua file naskah terkirim yang tidak menggunakan template msword sesuai ketentuan kami segera diberikan keputusan ditolak. File yang menggunakan template (msword) sangat memudahkan proses pengelolaan mulai dari review, editing hingga penerbitannya.

Jurnal Arsitektur Komposisi terbit 2 kali setahun, yaitu April dan Oktober. Batas waktu akhir penerimaan naskah untuk edisi April paling lambat 1 Maret, dan edisi Oktober paling lambat 1 September. Lewat batas tanggal tersebut akan dimasukkan periode terbit berikutnya. Mohon para penulis menggunakan aplikasi MENDELEY untuk mengelola referensi pada naskah, sebab sejak tahun 2019 editing naskah jurnal menggunakan MENDELEY dan menjadi salah satu syarat yang harus dipenuhi.

The Komposisi Architecture Journal accepts SCIENTIFIC ARTICLES as the main contents. This section becomes a forum to gather and communicate various scientific articles related to architecture written based on research, both thesis-based, thesis and dissertation-based and other scientific studies. The scientific article section also accommodates writing related to the process and design results in architectural practice by an architect, architect team or community. The writing length is 10-15 single-spaced pages.

The Komposisi Architecture Journal also receives writing about BOOK REVIEW. This section accommodates writings on new book reviews, which give insight to the readers to be interested in understanding the thoughts in the newly published book. New books reviewed are books related to the world of architecture, enriching and developing practices and theories in the world of architecture. The maximum writing length is 1 single space page.

CONCEPTUAL IDEAS also published in the Komposisi Architecture Journal. This section accommodates conceptual ideas from architectural and non-architectural disciplines that enrich and develop the world of architecture extensively, both theoretical and practical. The length of writing is 3-5 single-spaced pages.

Posts about research review (RESEARCH REVIEW) can also be published in the KOMPOSISI Architecture Journal. This section accommodates writings on architectural research reviews that are useful in enriching and developing architectural research. The focus is to explain the architects and the world of research done by architects to improve the quality of work and develop architectural science. The maximum writing length is 1 single space page.

The writing about ARCHITECTS AND HER/HIS THOUGHTS is also worthy of being published in the KOMPOSISI Architecture Journal. This section is used to accommodate writing about the architect's character and his thoughts, which are written based on scientific processes and aim to enrich the architectural scientific documentation of architect and architectural thinking. Architectural figures are unique in the context of architectural history. The length of writing is 3-5 single-spaced pages.

Authors are required to submit manuscripts in MSword format, using the template from this journal website. If the manuscript cannot be entered into the journal page because it exceeds the capacity of the journal page (maximum 12 MB), then the manuscript in Msword format must be sent to email: jurnalkomposisi@mail.uajy.ac.id. Furthermore, the author is still required to submit the same manuscript in PDF format to the journal website, according to the normal process. All submitted manuscript files that do not use the MSword template according to our provisions will be immediately rejected. Files that use templates (MSword) greatly facilitate the management process from reviewing, editing to publishing.

The Journal of Architecture Composition is published twice a year, in April and October. The deadline for submitting manuscripts for the April edition is no later than March the 1st, and the October edition is no later than September the 1st. Submissions after this deadline will be entered into the next period. Authors are requested to use the MENDELEY application to manage references to manuscripts, because since 2019 editing of journal manuscripts has been using MENDELEY and has become one of the requirements that must be met.
