Abstract

Tingkat ketergantungan buah impor khususnya anggur semakin meningkat. Direktorat Jendral Hortikulura, Kementerian Pertanian mencanangkan pengurangan anggur impor sampai 30% pada tahun 2027. Hal tersebut merupakan program strategis yang perlu didukung dan dikuatkan pada level lokal. Program pemberdayaan ini fokus pada peningkatan keberdayaan mitra dalam dua aspek utama: penguatan kelembagan dan organisasi kelompok wanita tani dan keberdayaan mitra dalam budidaya anggur substitusi impor (ASI). Penggunaan sumberdaya keuangan dan manusia yang optimal telah mampu meningkatkan keberdayaan mitra dalam pengertian menguatkan pengetahuan dan sadar kelembagaan, meskipun masih membutuhkan pembuktian pada praktik empiris. Selain itu partisipasi anggota meningkat selama program berlangsung dan diharapkan dapat berkelanjutan. Partisipasi menentukan kesuksesan dalam menguatkan modal sosial, pemanfaatan pekarangan dan lahan kosong, serta meningkatnya produksi sayuran. Pertumbuhan tanaman anggur yang cepat dan sehat masih dalam masa perawatan dan menunggu pembuahan. Pemberdayaan masih diperlukan untuk memastikan kinerja yang efektif.
