Penguatan Kapasitas SDM Ibu PKK dalam Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Keluarga dan Masyarakat di Kelurahan Garuda

This Community Service Program (PKM) aimed to strengthen the human resource (HR) capacity of PKK women in Kelurahan Garuda to enhance family and community welfare. The main problems identified included limited understanding of human resource development concepts, low levels of motivation and organizational commitment, and suboptimal application of HR management principles in PKK activities and household-based enterprises. The program employed a participatory approach through training sessions, interactive discussions, and pre-test and post-test evaluations to measure improvements in participants’ knowledge and skills. The results demonstrated significant improvements across all indicators, including understanding of HR development concepts (from 55% to 80%), productivity awareness (from 60% to 75%), motivation and commitment (from 58% to 82%), and the ability to apply HR concepts (from 50% to 78%). These findings indicate that a practice-oriented and participatory approach is effective in enhancing the HR capacity of PKK women. Overall, the program contributed meaningfully to strengthening the role of PKK women as agents of change in promoting family welfare and sustainable community development.
