Pengaruh Faktor Adaptasi Model UTAUT terhadap Intensi Adopsi Sistem Hijau pada Bank Indonesia

Bank Indonesia (BI) berperan penting dalam transisi menuju sistem keuangan hijau, namun BI masih menghadapi tantangan penerapan teknologi yang lebih hijau secara internal. Hal ini tercermin dari skor rendah pada aspek “leading by example” dalam Green Central Banking Scorecard. Penelitian ini menggunakan model UTAUT yang dimodifikasi dengan faktor keterlibatan stakeholder untuk mengevaluasi intensi adopsi green Information System (IS) di BI. Hasil PLS-SEM menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan stakeholder berpengaruh signifikan terhadap adopsi green IS (β = 0,792; p < 0,001), dan ekspektasi kinerja berpengaruh positif terhadap niat perilaku (β = 0,420; p = 0,014). Sebaliknya, kondisi fasilitasi berdampak negatif (β = –0,374; p = 0,027), menandakan kurangnya dukungan sumber daya. Walaupun terdapat pengaruh positif, faktor harapan usaha dan faktor sosial berada pada nilai yang tidak signifikan. Secara keseluruhan, BI menempati tahap awal maturitas model green IT (level 1: incipient), sehingga diperlukan strategi lanjutan dalam mendorong transformasi digital yang lebih hijau.
