Author Guidelines

A. General Requirement

The minimum standard requirements of KINERJA Journal must be:

  1. Written in English.
  2. The length of the submitted article is 15-20 pages or 5,000-7,000 words.
  3. The article contains over 50% of primary sources (journal articles & books) for references.
  4. Use a citation management tool like Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote for reference management and formatting, and choose Harvard Style.
  5. Make sure your paper is prepared using the KINERJA Journal template.

B. Structure of The Manuscript

The manuscript must be prepared and suggested present follow the structure:

  1. The title of the paper is maxed fifteen words, without an Acronym or abbreviation
  2. The Abstract has a maximum of 200 WORDSNo citation. State in the abstract a primary objectiveresearch designmethodologymain outcomes, results, and conclusions.
  3. Section structure. Authors are suggested to present their articles in the section structure: Introduction - Literature Review - Methodology - Results and Discussion - Conclusion.
  4. References. Expect a minimum of 20 references, primarily with a minimum of 80% journal articles that have a reputation and are not more than ten years old.

C. Details

  1. Title and Author Information: The title is written briefly, describing the contents and contributions of the manuscript, with a maximum of 15 words. All authors have been written in the manuscript and the OJS system. Affiliate information is written in 1 line in the text, indicating at least the institution's name and country.
  2. Abstract: Abstracts consist of a maximum of 200 words. The minimum number of keywords is three words. The combination of all keywords represents the article’s content, contribution, or purpose.
  3. Table and Figures: Please use the appropriate format to display images and tables in the template. The image or graphic should be very clear. The minimum image resolution is not specified (high resolution) but must be visible when published online (color) or printed (black and white). The image has no copyright issues.
  4. Language: There are no spelling errors, typos, or grammatical errors. You can use a professional proofreading service if needed.
