About the Journal

KINERJA: Journal of Business and Economics published since June 1996. In 2017, KINERJA is an international journal published in March and September, hosted and managed by the Faculty of Economics Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta. KINERJA in Bahasa Indonesia means performance, achievement, or result expected from an organization/individual process. It infers that KINERJA is willing to deliver high quality in terms of journal management, high impact of accepted papers, and high value-added to readers. It is also aligned with values that have by Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta (Excellence, Inclusive, Humanity and Integrity).

KINERJA provides a forum for lecturers, academicians, researchers, practitioners, and students to deliver and share knowledge in the form of empirical and theoretical research articles and case studies. The journal invites professionals in the world of education, research, and entrepreneurship to disseminate ideas, concepts, new theories, or science development in the fields of Business, Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Tourism Management, or the JEL coverage field through this scientific journal.
