Archiving Policy
IJIS is committed to the long-term preservation of, and permanent access to, its published content. The journal uses the following measures to prevent the loss of its content:
- All published articles are stored on the journal's Open Journal Systems (OJS) server, which is backed up regularly by the publisher's information technology unit.
- Content is preserved through the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), which provides distributed archiving of the journal's content.
- The journal's metadata and content are indexed and made discoverable through national and international repositories and indexing services, including Google Scholar, Portal Garuda, and Crossref, where each article is assigned a persistent Digital Object Identifier (DOI).
- Authors are permitted to archive the published version of their articles in institutional and subject repositories.
If the journal ceases publication, the publisher will make arrangements to ensure that its archive remains accessible to the public.
